Live positively is actually very easy.
Try waking up earlier, and tell yourself: Today is a good day. Day by day.
I tried it. And my life got better. Whenever I have to deal with bad things happening, I’ll recall the thought: Today is a good day.
It might sound a little weird for you at first, but yes, your attitude defines your day, your life, everything else.
But how can you keep such thought as a daily ritual without getting tired of it?
It’s when gratitude comes in.
I’m grateful for being able to wake up each day. Imagine one day you close your eyes and never wake up again.
I’m grateful for being healthy to work for my dream every day.
I’m grateful for having two angels right next to me to be my biggest motivation in life.
I’m grateful for having a job that I love to do.
I’m grateful for being only 26 and still having so much time to start everything I want.
There are so many things we’re granted then we unconsciously take for granted.
So why not face life with a smile from the inside? After all, today is a good day because we’re blessed to be alive.
